Panel Discussion Curation

Create a more neuro inclusive workplace by hearing directly from your neurodivergent peers.

We curate and facilitate internal panel discussions to spotlight the lived experiences of neurodivergent team members. These sessions help open up honest conversations around neurodiversity at work, reduce stigma, and build empathy across the organisation. It’s a powerful way to launch an internal ERG (Employee Resource Group) or bring fresh energy to your DEI programme.

If you’d like to run a panel but don’t have internal speakers ready to share, we can bring in external neurodivergent speakers for an additional fee.

What’s involved:

Initial planning call
A short Zoom meeting with each panellist ahead of the event to co-design the conversation and ensure they feel supported.

  • Panel session
A 1-hour facilitated session, typically 40–45 minutes of panel discussion followed by 15–20 minutes of Q&A with your wider team.
  • Optional write-up
We can create a written summary of the session as an internal resource or external article for LinkedIn or your company blog. This can help embed learning and amplify the impact.

Costs:

  • Panel discussion curation: £1,100
  • External speakers (if needed): Priced separately depending on speaker availability and brief
  • Optional article write-up: £350

Inclusive Design for Brands - Consultation

Talk, Workshop, or Consultancy

Design with every brain in mind.

Neurodiversity is a fact. Like fingerprints, no two brains are the same, and the way we process information, interact with the world, and make decisions varies widely.

So, how can brands communicate, design, and market more inclusively, without leaving 20% of their audience behind?

This offering explores how inclusive design can help your brand speak to more people, more clearly, in more human ways.

Available as a:

🔹 Talk (60 mins including Q&A)
A thought-provoking introduction to neuro-inclusive design, packed with real examples, lived experience, and ideas you can take away. Perfect for all-staff events, inspiration sessions or DEI programmes.

🔹 Workshop / Consultancy Session (90–120 mins)
A deeper dive into your brand’s current comms, design or marketing with your team. Together we’ll explore what’s working, what could be more inclusive, and how to embed accessibility from the start. Ideal for creative, design and leadership teams.

🔹 Combined Option
Book both the talk and a follow-up consultancy session to take ideas into action.

What we’ll cover:

  • Inclusive Design: How can brands be more neuro-inclusive in their design, marketing, and communications?
  • Accessibility: Why is it crucial to build accessibility into your brand thinking?
  • Universal Design: Can we really design for everyone — and what does that mean in practice?

Testimonials

As a manager it helped me realise that we need to think more broadly about diversity, and gave me some good insights that I can apply professionally and personally.

Lucy is an excellent speaker and her ability to bring her personal experience into the overall neurodivergent conversation made her presentation both engaging and informative.

I really enjoyed how the presentation focused on the value of hiring neurodiverse individuals because of their unique perspectives and skills.

I enjoyed learning about reasonable accommodations for neurodivergent people. It was helpful to understand how the physical workplace environment can be designed with neurodiversity in mind and also to hear different points of view from the community about what suits them best.
