AXA Healthcare / Problem Shared

The Brief

AXA wanted content to bolster their newly launched neurodiversity assessment and support service, as part of its UK corporate private healthcare scheme.

‘Neurodiversity at Work’ digital copy of the guide can be downloaded HERE.

The Solution

We produced a 17 page PDF Guide in landscape format giving an overview on all aspects of Neurodiversity for AXA employees.

A variety of blog posts for neurodivergent and neurotypical members were created to understand more about neurodiversity, offering ideas on how to show their knowledge and support in this sector.

Title: Taking a person-centred approach to neurodiversity It’s important to note that neurology differs from person to person and different neurominorities frequently overlap. They also often occur alongside mental health conditions like anxiety or depression. When a person fits into a single neurominority, that is the exception rather than the norm. Title: Inclusive interviews – best practice The pressure and anxiety that job interviews can stir up are often much more challenging for neurodivergent jobseekers. They may need more time to prepare for interviews, process information, answer questions or organise and structure their thoughts. TTS users please scroll down to the flip book
