Ethnicity Pay Gap Poster Campaign

Ethnicity Pay Gap

The Brief

The Ethnicity Pay Gap needed a powerful campaign delivered in under two weeks, on a tight budget, to coincide with the general election.

Solution

We created an impactful poster campaign displayed across Clear Channel sites throughout London. Everything was delivered within a tight two-week timeframe, from crafting compelling copy and sourcing stock photography to designing and securing stakeholder approvals.

A large outdoor poster on a concrete building, featuring a campaign for pay equity. The poster shows a woman with a serious expression, accompanied by bold text reading 'Are you being paid fairly?' followed by '#EthnicityPayGap' in a hashtag label. Below, the message 'Take action. Support the #EthnicityPayGapCampaign.' directs viewers to the campaign's website link for more information. The poster uses a combination of teal, white, and black for a strong visual contrast.

"I met Lucy through a mutual friend who suggested that I would be a great asset to an online neurodiversity event Lucy was organising. On being part of that and communicating with her, I recognised her work and approached her to support me with my first-ever poster campaign. Lucy was diligent and thoughtful throughout the process. As we are both neurodivergent, we had to work out the best approach to suit us both. We collaborated on a great piece of work which I think is award-worthy."
