Consultancy

Creating neuroinclusive workplaces through lived experience, honest conversations, and practical change.

The Future is ND helps organisations rethink neurodiversity through lived experience, active research, and deep insight into the creative and tech industries.

We champion the idea that supporting neurodivergent people isn’t about fixing individuals — it’s about reimagining what “normal” means and redesigning environments so everyone can thrive.

Our talks and workshops spark curiosity, shift culture, and give teams practical, human ways to make inclusion part of everyday work.

    Testimonials

As a manager it helped me realise that we need to think more broadly about diversity, and gave me some good insights that I can apply professionally and personally.

Lucy is an excellent speaker and her ability to bring her personal experience into the overall neurodivergent conversation made her presentation both engaging and informative.

I really enjoyed how the presentation focused on the value of hiring neurodiverse individuals because of their unique perspectives and skills.

I enjoyed learning about reasonable accommodations for neurodivergent people. It was helpful to understand how the physical workplace environment can be designed with neurodiversity in mind and also to hear different points of view from the community about what suits them best.
