Universal Music wanted to commission a handbook to help neurodivergent individuals thrive in the creative industries, ensuring that untapped talent has the opportunity to succeed and make an impact at work.

The Solution

We developed a beautifully designed and accessibly laid-out handbook, led, researched, and created by neurodivergent individuals. This free downloadable resource provides the creative industry with valuable guidance on how to support and nurture their neurodivergent talent.
