According to the CIPD report only 10% of organisations factor neurodiversity into their HR policies. Up to 20% of the population are neurodivergent, so that’s a lot of talent not being considered
Since our launch in February 2018, we have been raising awareness and advocating for neurodiversity in creative, tech and beyond.
We have been doing this through a program of evening events, workshops, consultancy and advocacy work for organisations including Publicis, Warner Music, Coca Cola, Ogilvy, Omnicom, AKQA, Universal Music and BIMA.
There is a growing understanding that neurodiversity is about more than equality and inclusion and has undeniable business benefits, our intention is to spread the word and champion more neurodiverse workplaces.
